Kabigomogomo system was funded exclusively by the 2022 AMAZI For Burundi, our sustaining donor community. The system has changed the lives of 850 residents in the community, and the lives of everyone who relies on the Nyazuba health center.
Kiroro II-Nyagishiha Water System #62
MOCK TEST Page
We are pleased to announce that construction on the Ryabitari-Gatoga water system began on May 1, 2024. Currently, there is no clean water located near the community. By abject necessity, the majority of the population relies on a primary water source that is several miles away from the community, and the water there is contaminated. When this system is complete it will provide clean water to 1,000 people
Musinzira-Rwasanga-Mahango Water System #61
Construction on the Musinzira-Rwasanga-Mahango water system began on November 22, 2021.
At the outset this community, located in Rwasanga Colline, Bururi Province, has just 3 tap stands to serve 2,200 residents, none are positioned near the region’s two primary schools, three churches, or the region’s college. By necessity, the majority of the population relies on a primary water source that is several miles away from the community, and the water there is contaminated.
Nyarumanga-Rubanga Water System #60
For the first time ever, we are naming a water system for our AMAZI For Burundi sustaining members. The Nyarumanga-Rubanga system has been selected as our 2021 AMAZI-funded system.
This system – our 60th in Burundi – serves a total of 1,700 area residents, including nearly 650 students at Rubanga School. Learn more about the difficulties this community faced without access to clean water. We thank our incredible community of givers for making this dream a reality.

New construction is a direct result of your support. Together we are making an impact in Burundi to end the water crisis. The crews on the ground are already hard at work to build this and every single water project you fund.
Kazuga - Water System #58
