Help pass out water at Austin Marathon on Sunday, February 19, 2023. All are welcome, but you must sign up! Your participation helps the Gazelle Foundation qualify for a $10,000 matching grant from the Moody Foundation. That's right, you GIVE WATER in Austin = GIVE WATER in Burundi!
Burundi is known as “The Heart of Africa” because of its shape and location within the continent, it is also the poorest country in the world.
The Gazelle Foundation is fortunate to once again participate in Austin Marathon Gives, the philanthropic program of the Ascension Seton Austin Marathon presented by UnderArmour that connects race participants to local non-profit organizations. And it’s official, the Moody Foundation match is back for 2023.

As we head into Father’s Day weekend we are paying tribute to the fathers on our Board of Directors and fathers in Burundi who do it all— are loving, caring, protective and empower their families and communities. And work to give access to clean and safe water. Happy Father’s Day!
